Pilot participation rules

Trial length and price

Each invitation creates one restaurant workspace for 30 days. The pilot is free, requires no payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Any future price will be presented before billing begins.

Safe rollout

Begin with sample data or one low-risk catering workflow. Review branding, email copy, taxes and fees, payment settings, pickup locations and automations before using them with customers. Test automatic workflows in review mode first.

Payments

Connecting Stripe is optional during evaluation. Do not accept a real customer payment until the restaurant owner has reviewed the connected account, payment mode, invoice amount, refund process and payout destination.

Support and feedback

Report confusing behavior, failed communications, payment concerns or suspected data exposure immediately to hello@lukama.app. Pilot participants agree to provide practical feedback about setup and daily use.

Data and exit

The restaurant owns the operational information it enters. Before the pilot ends, it may request an export, continued access or deletion. Access may be paused when the pilot expires while those next steps are agreed.

International pilots

Contact Lukama before inviting a restaurant based outside the United States. We will review the intended country, data flows, payment configuration and any additional contractual or privacy requirements before activation.
