Accessibility commitment

Effective October 18, 2026

Lukama™ wants restaurant owners, team members and customers to be able to use our marketing site and catering tools regardless of ability or assistive technology.

Our approach

We work toward clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard navigation, meaningful labels, useful error messages, zoom-friendly layouts and text alternatives for important images. We test responsive experiences and improve barriers reported by users.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification. New and changing pilot features may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. We prioritize issues that prevent a person from completing an essential task.

If you have difficulty using Lukama, email hello@lukama.app with the page, task and assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. We will provide reasonable assistance and work toward a fix.
