Acknowledge the inquiry
Confirm that the request arrived, repeat the requested date and service type, and tell the customer what happens next. Do not promise availability until the team or a carefully configured rule has checked the request.
Follow up on the quote
Reference the event, summarize the decision needed, and provide one clear link. Ask whether the customer has questions instead of sending a generic reminder. Avoid repeated messages after the customer has replied.
Follow up on payment
State the outstanding amount, due date, and payment link. Keep the tone professional and factual. If the event date is close, explain whether payment is required to preserve the booking.
Confirm before fulfillment
Send a concise confirmation containing the final date, time, address or pickup location, guest count, service type, key menu details, contact person, and remaining balance. Invite corrections by a specific deadline.
